  Customer service- it doesn't exist. I emailed last Sunday to increase the value of my voucher which has been given to me as a gift, as I would like to go for a better option in respect of my preferred choice. They'll talk to me if I want to buy a new voucher, but as for answering the phone you are directed to the website and wished a good day. I emailed as suggested by the website and no response(it says it can take up to 5 days to respond-what sort of customer service is that?) Even their live chat is not available. I will certainly inform my relatives in Australia not to use this company again. I had to award a star to be able to post my comment.

  I agree with Steven Czech, the Activity Superstore customer service is almost non-existant. I also found the phone number was only an answering machine directing you to the website with no option to leave a message. I tried the live chat but that was closed! I did email and got a reply after 5 days, but in today's society, where instant communication is the norm, this is simply not acceptable. I was left with the impression that once they had got your money they couldn't give a toss! I will not be recommending Activity Superstore to anyone.
